Towels, etc.

I've been informed that my old bathtowels do not fit in our new bathroom. I checked, and they do fit through the door and onto the towel racks, so I'm confused. Lisa was speaking in some strange foreign language about something that sounded like 'call or cording nations'. Please help me out with some new towels and a small floor rug.
